Yes, we charge membership, diligence, and administration fees to accepted members/institutions who come in through a warm introduction or application.
Startups are chosen according to LAN’s recommended investment thesis and, more importantly, by the thesis of our angel members. In addition, each member signifies the sectors and African geographies they are interested in, and we tailor deal choices to their taste.
LAN members also enjoy co-investment opportunities from fellow members who are leading investors in the African ecosystem.
